Raise the level of consciousness of Sining Kambayoka members and their audience on the socio-economic- politico-cultural issues in the country

Sharpen theatrical skills, creativity and professionalism of the members

Participate and engage in various cultural activities in the country

Conduct research that serves as reference for stage productions

Establish linkages with other cultural institutions of the region, as well as in the national and international institutions for cultural exchange and fund sourcing

Sustain a viable financial organization by generating income through performances, trainings and workshops
